This project was made for UK customer as rapid prototyping to support their testing use, there are totally 2 types of steel parts. They were made from H13 steel and the round pieces were CNC turned directly, while the long shafts were cnc milled plus edm machining for the teeth on the head area.
We're confident to say that we have mastered the art of machining precision steel components with 16years manufacturing experience. Whether it's free-cutting materials like 1018 and 12L14 grade, or tool steel like 4140, 4340, D2 or DC53, it's not a problem for us. and we can even machine steel components from HRC58-62°
