The Project
In this project, we plan to use angle aluminum with similar sizes to save material cost, but the customer requested it should be exactly the same sizes as drawings, because they are high tolerenced parts. so we machined from big stocks of square aluminum finally.
It's not a complicated job, and the main thing is the big cost of 7075T6 aluminum alloy blocks. And the surface finish very smooth and shining after black anodizing.
