There are 3 types of precision grinding available here including surface grinding,centerless grinding and cylindrical grinding. And our operators can choose the appropriate grinding operation based on the parts’ shape, features and required quantity.
-EDM.EDM Machining or spark EDM is a machining method typically used for hard metals which are electrically conductive. It’s an important machining technology to cut those odd-shaped angles, detailed contours or cavities with high machining accuracy,which makes it very helpful in molds making industry, and it’s also used to make CNC prototypes and CNC machining parts production.
-WEDM.Wire EDM machining technology is very important in the machining industry with its high machining accuracy. At shanghai Elue, we have 8sets Sodick slow wire EDM which can produce high precision parts without burrs; also it’s not limited by the metal hardness,to avoide deformation, the material can be heat-treated and then processed.
